Our specialization in LEED air quality testing and our experience in managing and evaluating hundreds of projects has enabled the development of a detailed proprietary procedure to prepare projects for the air quality testing date.  Utilizing and constantly refining this project tool since 2012 we have been able to maintain over a 90% success rate in helping clients achieve the building conditions required to pass the LEED air quality tests.  With the industry average success rate in the 50 to 75% range (based on Green Building Council statistics and other industry sources) this system has proven itself to be very effective.
